At PrimFinds, we are committed to delivering your orders to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping times, and delivery so you know what to expect when shopping with us.
Order Processing Time
After you place an order, our team prepares it for shipment. Please note:

Processing Time: Up to 3 business days. We typically process (verify, pack, and hand off) orders within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

High Volume or Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders or an unexpected stock issue, processing may take a little longer. We will notify you via email if there's a significant delay in getting your order out.
Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide and use reputable carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services) depending on the destination. Below are the estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:
- EU member states (estimates) 5-8 business days.
- United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand (estimates) 5-15 business days
- Other destinations (estimates) 10-20 business days
Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. These time frames are estimates and not guarantees, as actual delivery times can vary due to factors like carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
We do not ship to certain remote or sanctioned countries. At checkout you will be notified if shipping is unavailable.
We will do our best to ensure your order arrives within the expected window. If your package is delayed beyond the estimate, feel free to contact us and we will assist in tracking the shipment.
Multiple Fulfillment Centers
To expedite delivery and optimize inventory, we may ship your order from one of several partnered fulfillment centers:

Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses. This means items could arrive in separate packages and possibly on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment if your order is split.

Our use of multiple centers helps reduce transit time. Regardless of where each item ships from, you will be able to track all packages. We will keep you updated with shipping confirmations for each part of your order.
Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 30 USD. For orders below 30 USD, a flat rate shipping fee of 2.95 USD applies.
Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before confirming your order. Shipping fees include postage, handling, and packaging costs to safely deliver your items.
We occasionally run special promotions offering discounted or free shipping—such promotions will be clearly indicated on our website and during checkout.
PrimFinds ships to most countries worldwide. If your delivery address is in a remote region or in a country we are unable to service, you will be informed during the checkout process or contacted directly by our customer support team.
International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside of our primary domestic region:

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country’s authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any potential additional costs before ordering.

Customs Clearance: When shipping internationally, there is a possibility that customs inspections or processing can delay delivery. While most orders clear customs within a few days, occasionally it can take longer. Please allow extra time if your package is held for inspection. We provide all necessary documentation to help ensure smooth customs clearance.

Prohibited Items: If any product you order is prohibited or restricted in your country, we may have to cancel the shipment of that item. We will contact you if such a situation arises to resolve it (either by removing the item from the order or canceling the order with a refund).
Delivery Issues and Delays
While we do our best to meet the stated delivery times, unforeseen issues can occur:

Delivery Delays: Occasional delays can happen due to weather, natural disasters, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen events. If your order is taking longer than expected, we recommend checking the tracking information for updates. You can also contact us for assistance – we will do what we can to help resolve any delay.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we consider it delivered. PrimFinds is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking information shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members or neighbors and contact the carrier for details. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if possible, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for lost/stolen packages marked as delivered.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us by the carrier (for example, due to an incorrect address or it being unclaimed), we will notify you. We can reship the order to a corrected address if you provide one (additional shipping charges will apply), or we can treat it as a return. Important: If the package was undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as an incorrect address or not picking it up in time), it may not be eligible for a refund (see our Return & Refund Policy ).
Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Packages
To ensure successful delivery, please double-check your shipping details:

Incorrect or Insufficient Address: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you realize you made an error in your address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address in transit. Orders delivered to the address provided (even if incorrect) will be considered fulfilled.

Unclaimed Packages: Some deliveries (especially international or registered mail) may require you to pick them up at a local post office or sign for them. Please monitor your tracking and any delivery notices. If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we can arrange to resend it to you (additional shipping cost will apply). However, if the package was unclaimed through no fault of ours, no refund will be issued for the merchandise or original shipping.
Being proactive with address accuracy and tracking will help avoid these issues and ensure you receive your order without problems.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information:

You can click the tracking link in the email or input the tracking number on the carrier’s tracking site to see the latest status of your shipment.

It may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive the tracking number (especially for international shipments, which might not show movement until they reach the destination country).

If your order was split into multiple shipments, you will receive multiple tracking numbers (one for each package). Each item will have its own tracking status.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number within a few days of placing your order (and it’s not in your email spam folder), please contact us so we can assist.
