1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or purchasing from PrimFinds.com (“Website”) you enter into a distance‑sales agreement with KANO B.V. (“PrimFinds”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and agree to be bound by the present Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

3. Scope & Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer, order, contract and delivery of goods made through the Website, regardless of the buyer’s country of residence. Mandatory consumer‑protection rules of the buyer’s habitual residence remain unaffected (Article 6 Rome I Regulation).
4. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on the Website at the moment the contract is concluded governs that purchase. We will publish the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
5. Products, Offers & Order Process

All product information (prices, stock, descriptions) is published with care; obvious errors or omissions may be corrected or result in cancellation/refund.

To place an order you:
a. add items to the cart;
b. complete the check‑out steps (shipping, payment, confirmation). -
After payment you receive an e‑mail confirmation; this confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.
6. Prices, Currency & Tax

All prices shown include VAT for customers outside the EU (zero‑rated export) and exclude VAT for EU consumers. Applicable EU VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country.

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Your card provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country. Such charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are non‑refundable.
7. Payment Methods & Security
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted (TLS/SSL). We do not store full card details on our servers.

We do not ship to certain remote or sanctioned countries. At checkout you will be notified if shipping is unavailable.

9. Right of Withdrawal & 30‑Day Return Policy
9.1 Statutory right (EU)
EU consumers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. We extend this to 30 days worldwide.
9.2 Return conditions

Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags/packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number/e‑mail receipt) is required.

Non‑returnable items: personal‑care, intimate or perishable goods, gift cards, items marked “final sale”.
9.3 Return procedure

Contact us at info@primfinds.com within 30 days of delivery.

We will issue an RMA number and instructions.

For defective/incorrect items we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage.

For returns based on preference (size, change of mind, etc.) you bear return shipping costs. Please use a trackable service.
9.4 Refunds
After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original outbound shipping fees (if any) are refunded only when we are at fault. No restocking fees are charged.
10. Warranty & Conformity
Products are covered by the statutory conformity warranty under Dutch Civil Code (minimum 2 years for EU consumers). This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of any contract shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform caused by events reasonably beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental action).
13. Privacy & Cookies
Handling of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy (GDPR‑compliant). The Website uses functional and analytical cookies; details and opt‑out options are provided in our Cookie Policy.
14. Intellectual Property
All Website content (text, images, designs, logos) is owned by or licensed to PrimFinds and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
15. Third‑Party Links
Our Website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Contracts are governed by Dutch law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The competent court of Oost‑Brabant, The Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules for consumers.
